Another OCGT announcement! My broker called a few minutes ago to inform me that OCGT's subsidiary PrimeCareSystems signed a license agreement with Better Health (a managed health care organization) to provide PrimeCare's software to State of New York medicaid recipients. I think this is the big announcement he was expecting. While not moving the stock in this pre-Labor day market, this announcement should firm up the stock at this level and MAYBE it will acquire credibility as a real company with earnings starting to appear. These licenses are on a fee-per-use basis. He also thought that September would bring a couple more announcements, but he didn't think they would be of the size of this one. Can you or someone post the text of this announcement? Thanks.
