I think there is confusion over Nokia and the contract extension until the end of 2008. Nokia is infringing NOW when using Q's IPR. Q has said many times that on April 7th or there abouts Nokia would be infringing Q's patents if they did not have a contract regardless of the 2008 extension. Nokia does not have a valid license and the liability to Nokia is huge.
