"Petrobras seeks to buy Valero refinery in Aruba" reuters.com (It's a surprise to me only in that it's the first media report about the sale that I've seen with some meat to it. We know the refinery's up for sale of course, and I've read the rumors of Petrobras' interest, but not seen an article like this before now that gives some actual details of their actions.)
