A friend on mine in CA told me about this merger, and how it fell apart before and now it's back on. Heard maybe 45 days before working out. SEC not happy with deal being cancelled before and now back on. They are being very watchful of this company. I would like to get involved, but don't have much on this co. I was told to look for $6-8 on merger valuation. The shareholders of a private company will mutually befit from this merger. Stephanie
