Wish Sowell wanted to go into Politics... He has been offered 3 cabinet level positions. Secretary of Education (did not accept), Secretary of Labor (did not accept) and accepted a nomination to be on the Federal Trade Commission, then withdrew his name. Mr. Sowell feels he is not the political type that would get things done in DC, because of the tension he would create. independentconservative.com
