To All: From Leroy Stockman Forum from Jeremy Feakins. Dear Leroy, >To piggy back off of Thomas H's post on MTEN. Subject: Re: Fan Mail Dear LeRoy: I appreicate the support from Bob F. His confidence in MTEN is not ill-founded. As previously mentioned, our Company is doing everything it can to reach break-even and profitability. We anticipate showing a profit by the end of fiscal year 1997 (ends June 98), and our business plan shows us breaking= even by the third quarter of this (1997) fiscal year. Our business plan is well and truly on target, and our Steridyne subsiduary remains profitable. We= have some exciting news to report,on the MTI PhotoScreener and Steridyne= business, and this will be done in a series of press releases starting next week (we are just about to release one confirming we have now raised all the money needed for the Reg S renegotiations and working capital).=20 Non-one knows more than I the importance of reporting good earnings! Our investors can be assured that our course is steady and we are now back on track after the debilitating effect of the Reg S deal. Apart from the Reg S problems, last years Company results are typical of a company just out of research and development, and into the first full year of marketing a new product. We plan to release that information shortly, co-inciding with a major announcment concerning the MTI PhotoScreener sales to a major optical chain. Our first quarter of this fiscal year will show a dramatic improvement over prior quarters, thanks to my new management team under the direction of President Bob Brennan. Again, I appreciate the support and interest of members of this group. Best regards Jeremy P Feakins Chairman/CEO

People will tolerate much as long as= they know the CEO is being honest and trying his best. You are on the right=20 course J. so don't let anyone deter you. The market will honor you as=20 long as long as you respect them.... Best of Luck...LS zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz LeRoy |
