Frat Taxing: having every conceivable interest group for a fraternity to lobby for and generally receive special tax breaks.

In case you have noticed I have posted many times that I think governments combined take should be in the range of 10% of income. A "flat tax" aka sales tax rate of 30% is of little interest and not much improvement.

You may have forgotten that I also feel that certain things currently taxed as income are being mischaracterized. The way Capital Gains is defined today makes some income taxable at preferential rates and other investment rewards for people putting other people to work taxable when it should not be.
