Dear Sir,

I apologize for the delay in the receipt of your check. Currently, the checks are sent to the mail department to be sealed and stamped. We are considering sealing and stamping envelopes for funds request disbursement on our own to personally ensure that your funds are secure. We realize the importance of security when mailing these funds.

In reviewing your file, it came to my attention that we do not have designated wire instructions on file for wire transfers. If you can fax-in your wire instructions, I will personally see that they are added to our Wires Database. This will give you two options in receiving your funds request - wires and checks.

You can fax your wire instructions to (732)744-9150 and address it to my attention. If you need any other assistance or have any further questions, please contact the Cashiering Department directly.

Thank you,

Jeff Kosarin
Director of Cashiering
