Idled land will come off of government program.This will allow American farmers to better utilize the large and efficient ag equipment that they have or could upgrade to. It is a good thing.IMO Bob I grew up in Wisconsin and have seen the demise of the small farmer. Most now are larger, better educated, and have efficient equipment.Very able to grab another gear and produce more than most would imagine.IMO
