I think when people realized the acquisition was worth about PHSS's current share price, they weren't exactly excited. The drop today is people cashing in their chips and moving on. However, when it bottoms, it will recover as people ride it up to that $18 value sketched out in the deal. I think it may sit for a while as people decide where each share price is headed.
