Uncollected judgements have been causing delay in distribution payments. Few more weeks to settle this issue and then apply to the court for authority to distribute money to those who demonstrated their losses. Believe it or not the SEC has more money in the pot than the total of claims received. Ergo you may anticipate a full refund of your investment.
