Are you talking about the Treasury bonds, or bonds in general? I think all the money that was parked in 10 year Treasuries is finally coming out of the market. There is absolutely no reason to be holding Treasuries at this point for preservation of capital, especially with the strong global demand for virtually every commodity from ag to energy. Much better opportunities in all the convertible preferred at 8% the banks have been issuing.

Today is the first nice day for financials and energy stocks in a long time. All my CEF's are doing really well today. I think the CEF's make all the sense in the world with 10% yields and very low leverage. Still, I've taken an absolute beating this year in the CEF's.
