What exactly is Northern Europe?

That's Nokia in Finland. Maybe SPSN has also Erricson as a customer which is Sweden in northern europe too. It's definitely not Motorola which sounds more like North America in my ears.

BTW I didn't expect still as much outsourcing. After the press release I thought they had driven outsourcing close to zilch.
