I think so, at least until we get leverage enough with the Arab regimes to tell them to either shut up about the conflict or help end it. Nadine- It seems to me that we have abundant leverage right now. Just tell them no more dollars starting the day after tomorrow. Same with the Israelis...no more electricity, hospital care etc. Its a form of warfare in that in order to win you need to have total capitulation. RB
