You can cash me out, I'm going to throw in the towel for this contest. I did make several grand on Infinity (INFI) this month--but mostly picking around at biotechs has been an exercise in frustration for me. I think there is some money to be made from the daily volatility, but I have some advice for anybody trying to do it: I don't think you can follow just a dozen stocks, you probably have to watch watch 20 or 30. And spend several hours a day at it--I only log on and check the quotes maybe once a day, and that is simply not enough to capture anything meaningful. And two trading days a month can't capture anything (let us just assume that most of us are not good stock pickers, so the scraps from the volatility are all there is to be had). Anyway, good luck all! I cannot recommend any stocks right now, it is very very tough to picks stocks--I know much more DD is required than I have time for. Some people here on SI are up for it, I tip my hat to them. (Cashboy)
