He didn't say "most of the weapons". He said "is the major source of terrorist's weapons".

Now maybe "is the major source" and "provides most of" isn't enough of a distinction to really worry about. But "the weapons", and "the terrorist's weapons" is.

So, Tim... are you wanting to not count the Sunni's opposing the occupation?

Again there is no occupation.

As for those fighting the US and/or the Iraqi government you can count them, but there are less of them than there used to be, and the remainder, isn't enough to disqualify Iran from being "the major source".
