Are we engaged in a "war" on terrorism?? Isn't Al Qaeda our chief enemy? What difference does being a signatory mean? It's OK to torture non-signatory nations. Maybe thats the type of reasoning Hitler and Pol Pot used... Surely we can justify our torture practices on some characteristic of the torturee's. Your reasoning falls flat.... But lets go over to China and lecture them on human rights....
