nwest, I'm not doubting your word, and there is no need to go back and search old posts. Here is my point: Rhonda told you they are not the ones selling. They aren't. You have to be careful with what she says to you. What is happening is ACII is giving shares to people or companies for services rendered. These people are selling into the market. ACII has no control over the dilution as these peoples or companies sell their given shares at their own will, when they are legally allowed to...I think it's 6 months. ACII has no control over when these people sell. They could sell in 10 years time if they so desire. That's when the dilution hits the market. It's a play on words by Rhonda, so to speak. ACII does have control over the dilution in the sense that they could stop giving away shares for services. They don't have control as to when the shares hit the market, and for what price these shares are sold.
I have learned to pay close attention to what IR tells me. Example: I was told 2007 was going to be a great year for Americhip. My interpretation was good for the shareholders. WRONG...it was good for Americhip only....they got KSI. shareholders got more dilution, followed by a r/s.
All my opinion,
Shane
