I don't think there is any relationship between CCUR and Mitel. The new CEO is a transplant to the Atlanta area, living in the same neck of the woods as several of the CCUR Board members. Perhaps Mitel is closing it's Atlanta office.
It is the first break of the Scientific Atlanta relationship, since 2000.

We won't know until next week if Trimm is leaving with his job done, or the job done him in.

Google has regained the markets trust, after hours tonight.
There is a (perhaps wishful) speculation that the CCUR/Everstream patents were in a relationship to Google's efforts in TV ad-space auctions. Google was trialing a product at Echostar, where Everstream is embedded.

On the bottom of the press release for the Cox agreement, their was a paragraph that included the patent usage.
