Not absolutely sure about this, but check out Micron and/or Dell. I believe they should both be bootable from Zip and be able to confirm the fact.

Also, any PC which has an internal IDE ATAPI Zip drive and a recent AMI or Award BIOS will probably have a BIOS setting option to boot from the Zip, whether the vendor's sales staff knows it or not.
