I don't have a view on "revenue per employee". I know some CEO's like it toss it out there but I don't see it as a meaningful measurement. I agree Trimm got a good (for him) exit deal.

Some of their competitors have cheaper off-shore developers.
Unless their a specific need, I don't see that happening anytime soon. CCUR doesn't do manufacturing anymore so there isn't any savings there. They use value added resellers VAR's
to save on direct labor especially international.

CCUR does a lot of custom solutions so employee's as consultants are needed. They could be consulting revenue or built into cost of sales. Margins on consulting are actually lower than software and hardware.
I wish CCUR would split up the reporting of Service revenue as Consulting and Warranty.

You can cut too much. Especially when things are breaking, and the customer loses face time.
