That was then, this is now ... not looking the same Red, here's the Bloomberg piece i just posted on CD's thread - bloomberg.com Here's Aurelian's news this afternoon, they're not calling bullshit on it [yet, anyway] ... sounds like they got blind-sided - 'Aurelian Resources Inc. understands that a mandate on mining in Ecuador will be presented to the constituent assembly in Ecuador tomorrow for debate and vote. Aurelian has not yet determined the impact of the mandate on the company. Aurelian does not know if the mandate will be approved. Aurelian will provide further updates as developments progress.'
