One problem they've had, and you can see why they'd want to fix it, is that many claims have been held by companies and individuals who are basically just speculating in them, not doing much if any work, not generating jobs and benefits for locals ... the 'use it or lose it' thing is legitimate, actually benefits everybody involved, including us as long as we don't get sucked into sharepaper of do-nothing outfits

To shut down the Aurelians and Dynasties though, that's another thing, if they do that then fuck Ecuador, until they get rid of this Correa, he will have turned into a Chávez twit after all
