Then do what they do in Taiwan, put all personal medical information on a personal medical card with picture ID on it.
When you appear for medical treatment you present your personal card, with all your current medical information on it,which is swiped through a reader bringing personal information up on computer screen.. receive your treatment and all information is updated on to your card for the next medical provider you might see.Personal medical info stored on card and not on computer.
