Your mother did not teach you how to eat healthy that is your problem. How come it took you to 39 to find a guru to teach you how to eat? So at 39 you have to revamp your entire life stlye eating, exercising, hopefully sex ,oh i forgot bad elbows.-g- What did your $200 blood test reveal? I bet you do not even walk the walk just tell others to spend the $200. Better catch it quick before your CRP elevates.
