SUMMARY: Collapse is not coming. Only a rebalancing of money and power. Bright spots among dark outlook. Foucs should not be on the dark outlook but on the bright spots. The emerging markets are showing that they are a cushion for developed world slow down. TIME SCALE: The process is on going for 5 years. It will take an additional 10 years to settle.
