We can read a lot into the nightly business report last night of Verizon Fios to your door and Comcast service breakdowns.

Scott reported that Verizon can not arrange installation schedule for Fios. Then comcast triple play needed service twice spaced out in two weeks interval. Was it raining those days? Scott probably lives in New York city? Time Warner has the NY franchise.

In the meantime, Kelly Ripper(of Regis and Kelly fame) reported her husband controlled her main TV from a foreign country to switch programs at her apartment, so that he can watch on his laptop. she had to use the TV in her bedroom.

Technology is running rampant. But maybe Fios has not designed for high rise buildings to the door yet? Or Comcast piggy backs in NYC is by microwave frequency small dish bad for rainy days(like DirecTv)? Time Warner has very highly sophisticated triple play with internet blue tooth controller?
