hello steve and all:

an analysis of the news release....... if you have read francoise's posts not only are you more informed but you can calculate the tonnage of a kimberlite body now..... thanks francoise...
the news release is an updated luc rombouts report. this release takes for granted that you have not only read prior releases but have a very good memory to boot... :-) the diamonds (from prior news releases) are valued by luc rombouts to be between $50 and $100 u.s. the fluor daniels report states our costs are between $13 and $15 canadian.... so hole 176 at half a carat a tonne (220 is in the same boat) valued at $50 a carat (the conservative end) with a cost of $15 canadian ($10.50 u.s.) gives us the following:

$25 per tonne revenue ($50 * half a carat)
$10.50 cost per tonne u.s.
------------------
$14.50 profit per tonne
100 million tonnes (the zone's est size...)
-----------------
equals alot........ yes the news release is bottom line very good but why do we have to remember alot and fill in alot of blanks??? jv partnership... when reading future releases just keep in mind the above numbers..... as more drilling is done, the revenue number will become more clear. hopefully our stock price will too....
buddy
