They seem to go the wrong way in combat at times. By all accounts they are couragous in battle. You are confusing some of Saddams forces. They did not support him. Those that did fight were very coragous. The Iraqi's now fight couragously. They mostly need logistics improvements right now. More trucks and supply line support.
