Hi Nathan, I thought it more appropriate to respond to you here rather than the Michael Burke thread. I'll leave the bears to gnaw on MU's carcass over there. I honestly think the gloom and doom forcasts about PC sales going down the tube are dead wrong. I see too much evidence to the contrary. Our local computer stores are crowded with people buying PC's for back-to-school. With prices dropping so fast, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the upcoming Christmas sales are gangbuster. Time will tell who has the right call on this. By the way, did you notice the huge increase in short interest in INTC reported in todays WSJ? Seems there are a lot more people with a vested interest in seeing the stock get hammered. On the flip side for those of us long, that's a lot more covering that's going to need to happen in the future. I won't cry for the shorts if they get pounded.<g> J.B.
