Directly i think that anybody who refuses to believe it has medical value is going to discount any evidence as quackery...

If it is quackery and has NO medical value then why do we have Marinol? A cannabis based prescription medication. Of course they won't have an argument so they will respond something like " well then just let people take Marinol" Funny that a good one...I like how you shifted the argument from there is NO benefit to let the eat pills....

So either the FDA is lying about the medical benefits by making it a Schedule I drug or there IS some medical benefits to cannabis. You can't have it both ways.

The straw man arguments for let them eat Marinol are a bunch of crap.

1) It is just as effective. <<the sky is blue>>
2) The doses can be regulated and cannabis can not. <<equally stupid, apparently no one knows simple extraction and distillation techniques to measure mass using gas chromatography>>
3) It can be prescribed by doctors legally today. <<so there is a free market for Marinol or other THC derivatives? Don't make me laugh, have you seen the prices for these drugs?>>
