I believe the float is around 2.2 million maybe a little higher.

I would think that the float would not really be affected until after the restrictive time expires and the shares are available for trading. As far as I know the time restiction depends on how the contract is written and will vary from contract to contract.

In my opinion, if Alexander Wescott, being a major and highly respected firm, is willing to sell FAMH shares, this is good.

If the float is increased, I really don't mind that. I actually think it is good for when I eventually want to sell my shares. A larger float means there is probably more opportunity to sell.

The EPS of a company is figured on the Total Outstanding Shares. To me that is the important number.

From what I have been told by the PR firm, there has been No increase in the outstanding shares. If the float does increase it will come from the shares already issued.

It is rare to find an OTC-BB with a float as small as FAMH has right now. It is not surprising to me for a company like this to increase their float to raise capital. After all FAMH has only been a public company since December 1996.

The important thing is how the company spends the money. In my opinion FAMH has a good plan. They apparently are raising capital to continue to acquire businesses and add value and increased revenues to the company. I can't argue with that.
