I do have VLO and agree on the refiners...conspiracy? How 'bout smart business practice...when crack spreads are practically zero of course they're gonna go offline to do maintainence. It's freaking common sense, would Beutel prefer massive refinery explosions?

I'm waiting for some of these (FTO, SUN) to bust their downtrend lines, but I do like the group (especially if we don't get a recession at all, which is what the broad markets seem to be saying).
