Vietnam was a civil war that involved two artificially created nations. Iraq is a civil war within a british created, cobbled together multi-ethnic and religously divided country.
Korea may be one nation but it has two states with totally different philosophies and there is no aspect of civil war present there, then or now. Same people but two countries and no insurgencies in either place.
