Where are they getting the money to start up production? Answer they have the molds already was an existing business and merely closed the doors and now just opened them. That was clearly stated in the write up. and the bottle producers still given them credit. Plus Tom has his own money heck bought back the business.

How are the base ingredients and any labor being funded? Answer see above

What is the capacity of the current bottling line i.e. how much could they expand production at little or no further expense? Answer it is already in place no need for expansion. that was in the article too. Again this is an existing company with all assets still in plce.

With 33MM shares outstanding, the projected net income equates to $0.02 per share. Let's assume that the projections for sales and net are very conservative and triple those figures. At $0.06 per share, a stock price of $4.50 would equal a P/E of 75. I have considerable difficulty with this. $1 - 1.50 in a years time seems like a more reasonable expectation. ANSWER when are you guys going to learn that formula works when are dealing with blue NOT OTC. They have 500o investors in this stock holding from $4.00 down. Think those folks are going to average down. Plus new investors. There is no way of calculating the Stock price but they were at $4.50 before the hostile takeover attempt. This one is a no brainer. NOW PERSONALLY I believe it will get back to $4.50in a year. PERIOD regardless of math. I can show you plenty that have no book value and setting above $10.00 a share.

Any idea if the NASDAQ relisting requirements are the same as the initial listing? ANSWER they applied and were approved back in 93 they have not been listed in NASDAQ That may be an error in my typing that opinion but they were approved. then the hostile takeover attempt began.

This is not meant to flame you or anything and I appreciate your questions. I hope I have answered them. Stay tuned for news I believe wil start flowing soon as they get this puppy back up and running. Plus the lab for quality assurance is up and running.

Look at the folks associated to this stock and mney I do not believe is a problem.

Thanks
