ASND/LU/LIVINGSTON: Mrkt cap isn't the issue. Invreased competition is. LU's global distribution, coupled w/Livingston's technology is a bigger threat to ASND than either Bay or CSCO. However, remember that Livingston had filed to go public 2-3 times in the last 2 years and never made it for various reasons (last time was about 2 mo's ago right before remote access per port pricing tanked.)
