Anyone want to comment on the surge upward in the year long commodity board index price attended with a year long down trend in open interest?

Commercial interests rule the commodity markets. Commercials for the most part short. A drop in open interest signifies short covering. So what you have is the Commercials covering their shorts in the face of the price rise. My commodities trading education says this is an attitude of bullishness on their part. However, as I told you, I sold all mine. I left some for the other guy, which I learned later from you, is the right thing to do. Thanks again, retroactively.
