Not expecting outright confiscation but forced equity through the Sate Mining Co, and let's not forget Windfall Taxes. Problem is they will only get the ones who are stuck in Ecuador, Iamgold, Corriente, Aurelian.

After doing these projects over there won't be any more companies coming in, so the State Mining Co better be good at exploration, financing Capex ( good luck) and operating mines themselves (drain on the people instead of benefiting).
