You are lying again. I have never claimed US innocence. Bush is bound by law because we are a country of laws. If he breaks the law he is subject to prosecution.

Personally I know what abuse and corruption are. Torture is not merely a mechanism, since we can use some techiques on our friends and they wont feel tortured by the same treatment we could use on an enemy to torture them. Torture has not only mechanism but process, context, and circumstance as viewed from the tortured persons perspective. Torture has become a politicized word that has a defined legal interpretation that may have slight differences when comparing one doctrine against another. The word torture is also a partisan football for corrupt politicos like you to use when attempting to dishonor political rivals. Outside those somewhat formal applications it may be used as a word describing anything from a minor annoyance to extreme punishments resulting in death.
