The Clinton's also paid a sizable amount in taxes . I don't remember the exact amount but I do remember it was a high.

I had heard somewhere that they never owned a house before they bought the NY property at the end of Bill's Presidential term.

In fact I had heard their living quarters, before residency in the White House, were relatively modest compared to most Governor's homes.

If they are finally living at the level of the rich and famous after running this country for eight years, I would guess they have earned it.

Bill is so revered on a world wide level that I would think a global charity would be perfect for him to work for.

I hope that Bill can someday become the Sec. Gen. of the UN. I think that job is a natural for Bill. He'd be great at it too if his heart condition doesn't deteriorate.

This country would be lucky indeed to receive a repeat performance of the Clinton years...............even with all it's warts, I'd take in a heartbeat !
