Any help appreciated I'm going to try something off the wall again. I could use some help with this if anyone is willing to help me. While subscriber's here are able to post to me privately I am not able to do this at this time. Hopefully my circumstances change soon and maybe I can buy the membership. I'd really like to. What I'm thinking is my brokerage never purchased the shares of a company I paid for several years ago. I'm curious if I could open a can of worms by requesting the certificates for it. It's the company that got me going in 1995 to begin with with regards to selling fake shares. I put on credit cards shares of this company and am still paying on this debt. I wonder if I should contact my Attorney General of my State or who would be the first place to contact for help. I've written in the past to these places with regards to fake shares being sold and they basically at that time sent me polite messages that I was wrong about this. My thoughts are to find out if I could get my money back for the purchase of shares I never purchased to begin with. The company is worthless now it went private but the stock is still listed in my account as there. So that sort of tells me that maybe they didn't purchase the shares. Anyone see where I'm going with this? If it works maybe a lot of us could do the same thing but I don't know where to start and I want to make sure I do it correct so it doesn't blow up and not work for us. Does this make sense to anyone? If not maybe one of you could private message me your email address and we could see if we could figure something out. At least we know one thing. We weren't nuts about naked shorting like so many tried to say before right? Hope to get a response. Thanks for any help.
