Having five cats and a long-haired dog, I am one of "those ladies with all the cats," cat fur gets on everything I wear just by walking through the rooms of the house and out the door. We bought a heavy duty Kenmore vacuum cleaner that is specially designed to be able to suck up pet fur without burning out.

What I really thought was funny about the video, though, wasn't the cats, but the engineers. I have been married to an engineer for almost 30 years. He really would be content eating the same thing day after day. When I met him, he ate the same thing for dinner every day in the college dorm cafeteria, a chopped steak with A-1 sauce and mashed potatoes with gravy. When he was stationed in Atlanta without me, he made a big pot of lentils on Sunday, and ate it every day for dinner. For lunch he has a ham sandwich every day. This morning when he wakes up he is going to offer me bacon and scrambled eggs, and of course I will say yes.;^)

For reasons I was never fully clear on, pretty much every guy I dated before getting married was also an engineering student. Engineers are good guys, very practical and dependable and rational. They make excellent husbands. And they are good to animals and small children, as well.
