i know some people here in the new media industry, imagine this senario, TCI buys ACTV Entertainment, for say like 5$/share, paying off all the preferreds , ACTV Net spins and becomes a internet education provider , at 100 times earnings,going rate for these stocks, we are looking at a 30 dollar stock, in my humble opinion :-).
