Gosh darn, I actually agree with Chinu again. He is nuts on re reverse immigration of scientific talent. We restrict the high tech talent we need and have a wide open door for the uneducated. Our company is struggling to hire engineering talent. It is scarce. Work that does not get done in the US due to lack of engineering resources will be done over seas. I recently completed a project where we used multiple international locations to get it done. The internet in many ways eliminates borders.
