Yes, I have seen it, but Lane doesn't tend to get at all emotional in her responses. Sometimes she sounds a bit irritated, but she has a remarkably sanguine nature. I have gotten somewhat beaten up there at times also. Nothing that traumatic. Most people are pretty nice to me. It's my smile, and also I have a very short memory.
