Well, I would. It's exciting to be a talented person in a growth environment. Maybe the older ones would prefer the comfort of our more stable situation and that's good for us, short term anyway, but those with youth and entrepreneurial spirit it seems to me would prefer to stay home home, particularly when home is not English speaking.
