I would add my opinion that the 198,815 is woefully short of the real number. Those causes of death counted as liver failure or kidney failure, a multitude of cancers and others are, in fact, often death due to the cumulative effects of drugs, sometimes prescribed but also in the food supply. Including alcohol and tobacco(legal drugs) caused deaths, the real number must be staggering.
