Some questions:

1) Did you figure the cost of manual conversion into the equation? Is this an equation for "fully automated" or does it take into account the fact that there is some need for manual programming?

2) Why will an organization pay $0.65 per line of code for conversion? Is this the going rate?

2) THE REAL QUESTION: What are they waiting for?
