Oh yes, in the rice muck I forgot the sultanas, or cut up dates, or dried apricots, maybe shredded coconut, grated brazil nuts, or almonds [sliced or shredded]. The sultanas get washed before inclusion and they are soaked in boiling water to soften and absorb some water.

Your rice muck and mine have more than a passing resemblance, though yours is fried whereas mine is a microwaved project. Frying is oil industry food destruction.

Coca Cola is on my minor consumption list, but I have found it medicinal when subject to onset of migraine headaches.

In my early decades, I would lose vision, get headache, vomit, sleep, wake up recovered.

Now, I start to lose vision, drink two cans of Coca Cola classic, feel a bit wonky still but come right. Have an early night and no problem. I discovered that a decade or so ago. My migraines seemed to be related to a combination of lack of sleep, low blood sugar and dehydration. I have had only 4 such events in 15 years - it's not a regular event.

Coca Cola is a good pick me up on hot golfing days after about 10 or 11 holes and some turbocharging for the last hour is needed.

In my poor diet teen years when earning my own money I would have at least one can/bottle of Coca Cola or Fanta a day. Plus chocolate dip hokey pokey ice cream. And a caramel double malt two scoop thickshake. Not to mention pies and doughnuts. I had not learned that health is very strongly a function of diet. I learned that people in NZ died young in droves of heart disease and it became obvious what was the cause.

PS: Gold seems to have formed a double head and shoulders formation with a drop now to the lower shoulder, to be followed by a big drop back to the 400 range..... which does seem inconsistent with the panicky central banker activities, among others.
