I tried to post an accompanying graphic with the article but couldn't figure out how to do it. The graphic showed the size of this market and what major drugs comprised it. If memory serves me correctly I think the size of it was about 25B... There was also a sister article on how medicare is getting hit with this. As this market grows I think one of two things is going to have to occur. Either these firms accept a more 'reasonable' level of profit, or the government clamps down. Perhaps a third less desirable outcome would be outright rationing as the specialty market grows and the baby boomers retire in ever larger numbers.. Regards, John
